Importing Search Results Into a Spreadsheet or Database

These step-by-step instructions will walk you through the process to pull your search results into a spreadsheet or database program (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Quattro Pro, Access).

Error Messages

"Document contains no data"

"A DNS error has occurred"

"Remote server error"
RTK NET is unable to verify your computer's "address." RTK NET database searches will fail if the internet address of a caller's computer is unlisted or cannot be verified through a process known as a "reverse DNS lookup." RTK NET supplies a brief guide to Reverse DNS Lookup, including how you can fix the problem.
