  • Community Health Action This website provides a forum for building an on-line community focused on environmental threats to health, particularly from toxic chemical exposures. Residents and community groups can use the Community Health Action site to share stories about how their health is threatened by environmental hazards and to connect with communities in similar situations. Tools on this website help individuals and groups address local health threats.
  • Laid-Off and Left Out: America's Workers Deserve Better This initiative of the National Employment Law Project is an on-line forum created especially for the nation’s jobless and underemployed workers. This resource is available to help the unemployed learn more about the unemployment system, to share their experiences and concerns, and to participate in the national debate over aid to the jobless.  
  • Faces of Change: Personal Experiences of Welfare Reform in AmericaThis on-line database contains over 300 first-hand accounts of current and former welfare recipients detailing their experiences and revealing the impact of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA) of 1996 on the lives of low-income individuals and their families.
    • Welfare Made a Difference National CampaignThese stories were collected by a coalition based public education and legislative action campaign that draws upon the personal experiences of current and former welfare recipients to illustrate the value of a reliable, adequate, and non-punitive welfare system.
