It took a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to get it, but EPA released [1] a more complete list of locations and other data on toxic coal ash dump sites nationwide.
EPA disclosed [2] the "high hazard" sites in June. Although some of the information was withheld as "trade secrets," the list of 584 sites in 35 states is vital right-to-know information. The MS Excel file is here [3]. The pdf version is here [4].
