CGI Federal, Inc. has taken over running the EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX), including the TRI Data Processing Center [1]. The CDX is the entry point for environmental data exchanges to the EPA, allowing users to submit data online.
According to CGI [2], the 3-year contract is valued at approximately $67 million. Molly O'Neill, the former EPA Assistant Administrator of the Office of Environmental Information - which manages TRI and CDX - left EPA in January and began working [3] at CGI in August.
