CGI Federal, Inc. has taken over running the EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX), including the TRI Data Processing Center. The CDX is the entry point for environmental data exchanges to the EPA, allowing users to submit data online.
According to CGI, the 3-year contract is valued at approximately $67 million. Molly O'Neill, the former EPA Assistant Administrator of the Office of Environmental Information - which manages TRI and CDX - left EPA in January and began working at CGI in August.
